Mgr. Daniel Mašek
Daniel completed his Master’s degree in Law at the Law Faculty of Charles University and is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. Daniel is one of the founding partners of Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský. Daniel specialises in commercial and civil law, as well as criminal and constitutional law in selected cases. Daniel advises a number of Czech and international companies on corporate and contract law.
Throughout his legal career, Daniel has provided advice on extensive developer projects and significant acquisitions of real estate and company shares (including the preparation of complex documentation in these matters). Daniel has successfully defended clients in important cases involving white-collar crime and represented clients in proceedings before the Constitutional Court. Daniel is also involved in publishing articles, especially in the areas of commercial and civil law. Daniel is an author of a number of specialist articles, as well as being a co-author of a book dealing with proprietary aspects of family law.

JUDr. Petr Kočí, Ph.D.
Petr obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University, where he also went on to complete a PhD in civil and commercial law and civil litigation. Petr is one of the founding partners of Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský. Petr is also one of the creators of the eAdvokacie system which allows us to provide legal services online. Petr is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. Petr specialises in property law, law of obligations (including distance contracts) and corporate law.
Petr has represented clients in significant ownership disputes, taken part in drafting complex contract documentation, and provided advice on extensive property transactions. Petr has also written and published a number of articles concerning property law and the law of obligations, as well as co-authoring a book on the legal and tax aspects of non-profit organisations

JUDr. Josef Aujezdský
Josef obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University. Josef is one of the creators of the eAdvokacie system which allows us to provide legal services online. Josef is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is one of the founding partners of Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský. Josef specialises in intellectual property law, in particular the rights of an author, trademark law, and law governing domain names and the protection of databases. Josef further practices in the law of commercial obligations (including unfair competition) and legal aspects of trading on the internet, including matters containing an international element or relating to the application of EU law. Josef often comments on these matters in the media.
Josef’s work carried out for Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský includes drafting complex documentation for the distribution of software, for running online shops, for organising consumer competitions and for providing services within the information society (including drafting terms of business). Josef has represented clients in cases involving unfair competition on the internet or in domain names disputes. Josef writes and publishes articles on the legal aspects of computer programmes (including issues relating to Open Source and freeware), as well as the legal aspects of trading on the internet.

JUDr. Taťána Novotná
Taťána obtained her Master’s degree in Law, as well as her Doctor of Laws degree from the Law Faculty of Charles University. Taťána is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. Taťána specialises in civil law, in particular property and family law.
Taťána focuses on the preparation of complex contract documentation for property transactions, including issues related to developer projects, privatisation of housing stock and legal aspects of membership of housing co-operatives. Taťána cooperates closely with estate agents and provides services to their clients. Taťána’s expertise in family law includes representation of clients in divorce proceedings, as well as providing advice on issues pertaining to the settlement and distribution of marital property and care for minor children (including maintenance). Taťána regularly represents clients before courts and other authorities.

Mgr. Petr Hulán
Petr obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University and has also graduated from the Police Academy of the Czech Republic. Petr is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. Petr specialises in corporate, criminal and administrative law, as well as debt administration and collection. Petr regularly represents his clients before courts and other bodies in civil and criminal law matters.

Mgr. Petra Šatavová
Petra finished her studies at the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 2003. During her studies Petra focused on family law, in particular legal protection of children. Petra worked for Sdružení Linka bezpečí (Safety Line Association). In 2003 Petra started working for the Department of Legislation and Coordination with EU Law at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic. In 2004 Petra joined a notary’s office. After successfully passing the notaries’ exam, Petra was appointed a permanent deputy notary by the Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic. Whilst working in the notary’s office, Petra actively cooperated with the International Union of Notaries. As a permanent deputy notary, Petra gained a considerable amount of experience in civil and family law, especially in the areas of inheritance, matrimonial (martial property, divorce, maintenance etc.) and property law, as well as in commercial law.
At present, Petra works as a lawyer, specialising primarily in family law. Apart from Czech, Petra speaks English, Hungarian and Slovak. Petra’s website can be found here.

Mgr. Lucie Vaverková
Lucie obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University. Lucie has so far focused on private law, with an emphasis on the rights of an author, advertising law, unfair competition and debt administration and collection. Lucie represents her clients before courts and other bodies in civil and criminal law matters.

Mgr. Martin Čumpelík
Martin obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University. In his previous practice, Martin worked in the legal department of a well-know developer firm. He also spent a year working in the United States. Martin specialises in private law, especially corporate law, the law of commercial obligations and property law. He further practices in civil and criminal law and represents clients before courts and other authorities.

Mgr. Marie Volmanová
Marie obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University. In her up to date practice, Marie has focused on civil law, in particular debt administration and collection. At present, Marie specialises in civil litigation and insolvency proceedings. Marie represents her clients before courts and other bodies in civil and criminal law matters.

Mgr. et Bc. Denisa Diepoldová
Denisa Marie obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University and also graduated from the Philosophical Faculty of the University of Pardubice. Denisa specialises in private law, especially in debt administration and collection, including issues related to insolvency proceedings. Denisa undertook a work placement in the civil section of the District Court for Prague 2.

Renáta Vostrá
Renáta is the office manager of Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský. Renáta’s responsibilities include taking care of internal and external relations for the firm, as well as coordination of work of administrative staff.
