Ondřej obtained his Master’s degree in Law from the Law Faculty of Charles University and he is registered on the roll of lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. In his legal practice, Ondřej mainly deals with commercial law issues with specialisation in corporate law. Other areas of Ondřej’s expertise include tax law. Ondřej represents clients before tax administration bodies.

In his work for Mašek, Kočí, Aujezdský, Ondřej has provided legal advice to clients in company acquisitions, winding up, mergers and separations.
